What are the key criteria involved in selecting vitamin brands for supplement consumption?

Dietary supplements aren’t necessarily for everyone. But in certain situations, when it is advisable for someone to be consuming certain types of supplements, we have to understand that the supplement industry is not very well regulated, and that poses a problem.

Because it then tells you that a specific product from Brand A and Brand B can have markedly different effects, based on how well they are absorbed and how much active product they actually do contain.

Hence, the brand of product that one is getting is absolutely important. When one considers a multivitamin product, for instance, it is of utmost importance to know that they are NOT THE SAME at all. Have a look at their labels — you’ll already find many differences in the dosages and the types of nutrients that are present in the products!
